ABOUT PRATIMA BIO ENERGY

Connecting Agriculture, Renewable Energy and Circular Resource Use

PRATIMA BIO ENERGY is developing an integrated biomass-to-CBG operating model that connects agricultural resources with renewable compressed bio gas production and organic manure recovery.

From our facility at Kermeli, Balangir, Odisha, our approach brings together feedstock management, controlled anaerobic digestion, dedicated H₂S scrubbing, VPSA gas upgrading, CBG compression, and resource recovery.

WHO WE ARE

A Renewable-Energy Enterprise Built Around Integrated Operations

PRATIMA BIO ENERGY operates at the intersection of agriculture, renewable energy, and resource recovery. Our model is designed around responsible feedstock sourcing, managed storage and silage preparation, biological conversion, gas treatment, upgrading, compression, and recovery of nutrient-rich digestate.

By connecting these activities within one operating framework, we aim to support dependable clean-energy production while returning recovered biological resources to agricultural use.

OUR OPERATING MODEL

From Agricultural Resources to Renewable Energy

01 — Feedstock Partnerships

Structured engagement for agricultural biomass and energy-crop sourcing.

02 — Storage & Preparation

Managed storage, silage handling, size reduction, preparation, and blending for consistent digester feeding.

03 — Biological Conversion

Controlled anaerobic digestion converts prepared organic feedstock into methane-rich raw biogas.

04 — Gas Treatment & Upgrading

Dedicated H₂S scrubbing and VPSA gas upgrading support the conversion of raw biogas into upgraded biomethane.

05 — CBG & Resource Recovery

Upgraded biomethane is compressed into CBG while nutrient-rich digestate is recovered for organic manure applications.

OUR PERSPECTIVE

Clean Energy with Agricultural Value Creation

We view renewable-energy production and agricultural resource management as connected systems. Agricultural biomass can support clean-energy generation, while recovered digestate can return value to productive land through organic manure applications.

This circular approach links energy production, resource recovery, responsible biomass utilisation, and long-term agricultural value creation.
